Arnica - Muscle/Sprains/Aches
This topical ointment/cream has been used since the 1500s to help sooth inflammation and is applied topically. It is a homeopathic product and is plant based, mainly from arnica montana – a flower similar to a daisy. It is virtually odorless and works best when applied as soon as possible after the injury.
