Charlene is an amazing hands-on healer.  Trained at the Upledger Institute, she uses cranio-sacral therapy to enhance the function of the cranio-sacral system which consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, extending from the bones of the skull, face and mouth down to the tailbone area. Charlene also incorporates many other healing modalities as she is also a certified life coach. Her insights and widsom has been instrumental to my personal healing.
