Welcome to Heal With Hope

Disharmony and disease are prevalent in so many of our lives - stress, toxic exposure, and poor lifestyle choices have contributed to an era of illness that does not readily respond to traditional medicine. My personal struggles led me to try many alternative treatments and products, as well as to make lifestyle choices that enabled me to create a healthier and happier life. I have come to know that I am not alone in my quest to find inner peace and wellness, and therefore I share all that I have learned in the hope that it will offer you some new ideas, inspiration, and perhaps help you to move in a new direction.

You may have noticed that Heal With Hope is an advertising-free website.  When I created this site I made the decision to not accept paid advertising or endorsements.  I want you to be completely confident that everything presented here is done so only because it has worked well for me.   This website is supported solely by the sale of my book, Heal With Hope: A Healing Handbook & Journal, and my line of organic cotton inspirational t-shirts, Wear Your Intention.
